Order Processing

Most NULLWAVE apparel is print-on-demand and made-to-order. Production takes 2–5 business days after you place your order. Non-apparel items (electronics, pet products, accessories) typically ship within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free standard shipping on US orders over $50.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you don't receive one within 7 days, contact us.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes determined by your country. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Lost or Delayed Packages
