We want you to love what you ordered. Here's how returns and refunds work at Comma.us.

Print-on-Demand Apparel (NULLWAVE)

Because NULLWAVE pieces are made-to-order for you, we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind. Please use the size guide before ordering.

We will replace or refund NULLWAVE items that arrive:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Defective (misprint, faulty stitching, wrong color, wrong size from us)
  • Materially different from what was advertised

Other Products

Non-apparel items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, original condition for a refund or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email us at chicagomaid@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue (if defective).
  2. We'll review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  3. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable

  • Original shipping costs (unless the item was defective)
  • Sale items marked Final Sale
  • Items damaged from normal wear or improper care
