1. Print-on-Demand Products

Most products on this store are made-to-order via print-on-demand. Because each item is custom-printed for you, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

2. When We Issue Refunds or Replacements

  • Defective — misprinted, faded, faulty stitching, wrong product shipped to you
  • Materially different from the listing — wrong color, wrong design, wrong size from us (not your selection error)
  • Not received — lost in transit and not delivered after a reasonable investigation

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged through normal wear, misuse, or improper care
  • Original shipping fees (unless the order was defective or wrongly shipped)

6. Exchanges

For print-on-demand items, we do not offer size or color exchanges. Please order the correct variant the first time. For non-POD items, contact us and we will provide instructions.

8. Cancellations
